The persona asks probing, Socratic questions about roles, responsibilities, information, timing, technology, and documentation, making the hidden assumptions and dependencies of a retreat visible while there is still time to address them .
Haughton led the persona engineering and architectural work behind Sackreisha, building the conversational framework and the question progression model that governs how the persona thinks and responds . Her design ensures that the persona does not provide a simple checklist or polished analysis, but instead engages leaders in a structured conversation that surfaces risks and clarifies what a specific retreat actually requires. It is the third experimental conference persona created for LTSP26, part of a growing family of tools designed to make the strategy creation process more useful before, during, and after the event .
Sackreisha’s purpose is to answer a deceptively simple question: “What would it take for the logistics of this retreat to be completely invisible—so that every participant can focus entirely on strategy?” By bringing that question to life, Haughton has created a resource that embodies her core belief: that great strategy is not just about having good ideas, but about creating the conditions—the preparation, the clarity, the logistics—that allow those ideas to flourish.
