Conference Store – Where is It?

Some of our presenters have chosen to share free downloadable content with you. Others are offering discounts. These are available in the Conference Store.

Where can I find everything?

After you register, you’ll be directed to a page and sent separate email. Both have the correct instructions to follow. If you still have a problem, send email to [email protected]. Or connect with the WhatsApp HelpDesk.

Do I need to attend every session?

It’s almost impossible to attend every session and view all the downloads. You must decide which elements to choose from to prevent overwhelm. To help, we have provided a Program to help you decide what’s most important for you to meet your needs. After you register, Check the Start Here page on our content platform.

We also realize that people are busy and may need to choose between equally valuable opportunities. In a big conference, that’s a reality. A Full Ticket may help by giving you total access to all the content for a year. https://strategyconf.fwconsulting.com/registration-page/

How can I meet other people?

The conference offers a rich opportunity to meet other professionals. Some will appear at different times in live events and networking sessions. Make sure your profile is up to date on the Airmeet platform.
We’ll also be communicating via our private content platform.

What equipment will I need?

Most smartphones and PC’s can be used to access all the sessions. With a good Wifi connection and a camera and microphone, you should be able to access our content platform.

However, with a smartphone/tablet you won’t be able to ask a video-question in-session on Airmeet.

What is the difference between Free Passes and Full Tickets?

The Full Ticket can be purchased to give you a full year of access to all conference materials. It offers a premium experience – no rushing around trying to fit everything into a busy schedule. Can I download the videos?

No, they can only be streamed.

How long are videos available?

The pre-recorded videos are available for at least 24 hours with a Free Pass. In other words, Thursday’s videos expire on Friday morning, Friday’s videos expire on Saturday morning and Saturday’s videos expire on Sunday morning.

What if I didn’t get my registration email?

Use this link to access the conference. https://dynamic-objectives.mn.co. Then, when you have a moment, check your Spam or Promotional folders/tabs, especially if you are a Gmail user. Whitelist our email address.

How do I register for the conference?

You can visit the page Your conference is about to begin! – Sustainable Strategic Planning Conference 2023 (fwconsulting.com). It will open up a new page with some details. Click on the buttons for Free Pass or Full Ticket on the page. When you register, you’ll be taken to an information page and receive email immediately with further instructions. If you are a Gmail user, check your Promotions and Spam folder if you don’t receive the message.

I can’t hear anything in Airmeet?

Check if your device system sound is it on or off.

If you are using a mobile device you may see at the base of your screen – “Connect using wifi or data (please select one)”
Should none of the above suggestions resolve your issue, kindly refresh/restart the browser.
If that fails, contact the conference help desk using WhatsApp.

On Airmeet – my video image is bad/missing?

In the event you are unable to see the speaker/presentation (i.e. the image gets distorted or screen freezes) try these steps.
– Check and ensure you have a wifi connection or if using mobile data ensure you are connected to your mobile provider; 
– Check your bandwidth, if bandwidth is the issue consider using a lower bandwidth,   
to the bottom of your Airmeet presentation screen you will see an icon image.png which can be utilized to switch to a lower bandwidth mode.
– In the event the above suggestions do not resolve your issue kindly refresh/restart the browser.
– Please note that, you can also at any time reach out to the Conference Help Desk on WhatsApp. where we would be more than happy to assist.

Do I need to download apps to see the conference?

The best way to experience the conference is on a computer. If you go this route, there is no need to download apps at all – your browser is sufficient to enjoy the Downloads and Live Sessions on Airmeet .

On a mobile device, the picture changes. In addition to your browser, you’ll need to download Airmeet and Mighty Networks. See the respective app stores – you will need to use a recent version of Android or iOS.
