She works with multinational companies, NGOs, and cross-sector coalitions to help them navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, embed ESG principles, and shape long-term strategic direction.

Alba began her career at Royal DSM and later took on leadership roles at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where she advanced global initiatives on antimicrobial resistance, climate action, and equitable access to medicines. In 2024, she launched her own consultancy to support purpose-driven organizations committed to systems change.

An advocate for futures literacy, Alba leverages foresight tools to help teams anticipate emerging challenges and craft resilient strategies. She co-hosts (re)Imagining Sustainability sessions in Amsterdam and has led workshops that integrate futures thinking with sustainable city planning and innovation.
