You have listened to the podcast episode with Seth Godin. Intrigued by what you heard, it seemed to be the tip of a deep iceberg. In other words, there was more depth available.
But where can it be found?
During the interview, I (Francis Wade) made reference to a page of further resources. What is it, and where can it be found?
A NotebookLM Space
During the preparation for Seth’s interview, I started by reading the book. Like anyone else, I wanted to see if there was truly something different in its pages.
But I made the mistake of reading it in a single day – in a one-time binge. Why? I really wanted to recommend its ideas to my audience. Unfortunately, there were only a few days remaining so I jumped in to make the deadline.
I do NOT recommend this approach as the book was not written for that purpose. Instead, it’s built as a series of 297 riffs. Meditations.
To prepare for the interview, I needed to take a different approach. I uploaded the entire book “This Is Strategy” into NotebookLM (a Source Language Model or SLM.)
Then I added in YouTube podcasts featuring Seth. Plus several sources quoted in the book. IU also found academic papers on the topic. I even signed up for Seth’s Udemy course and
Then I interrogated the book, and his ideas, in depth. Perhaps to compensate for my first pass, I asked for every reference the Ai could find to the topic in his speaking and writing. Plus counter-arguments.
It came up with questions to ask him in the interview.
The results? Well, you can tell for yourself by checking out the NotebookLM-like space on Cobundle. Here is the link to the page.
P.S. FYI, the original space was created in an that would allow for sharing called Cobundle. It went out of business, at almost the same time NotebookLM figured out how to allow public sharing.
Here is what it looked like…a prettier version of the current space.
