She is a Socratic conference persona designed to help retreat leaders and secretariat managers examine the assumptions beneath their plans. Through carefully sequenced questions, she helps them discover what they have overlooked about roles, responsibilities, information, timing, technology, documentation, and the dependencies that hold a retreat together.
She does not give you a checklist. She does not tell you that you are ready. She does not do the thinking for you.
