Michael Taylor is a SchellingPoint principal and co-founder. He leads the research and development of SchellingPoint’s strategic collaboration methods and technology. Michael holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, England, and has guest lectured on group decision-making and new methods in consulting at Cornell, Duke, Penn, SMU, Warwick, and Wharton business schools since 2008.

Michael has been involved in AI since 1990. In 1993, Michael led the patent process and consultant training for Accenture’s first software patent, an expert system. At SchellingPoint, Michael has been designing and applying AI to the strategy development process for several years. SchellingPoint’s objective is to bring groups state-of-the-art collaboration and alignment techniques to better ensure consultant and stakeholders’ domain expertise, wisdom, know-how, and creativity results in agreements yielding stronger outcomes than conventional collaboration methods.
