Elisa Farri is a Vice President and Co-lead of Capgemini Invent’s Management Lab, a global think-tank that aims to democratize management and bridge the latest management ideas into practice. Over the last 15 years she worked in strategy and innovation consulting, advising Fortune 500 corporations in transformative projects and coaching leadership teams. Prior to consulting work, she worked at the Harvard Business School’s Europe Research Centre in Paris, France.
Elisa is an author and regular contributor to leading management reviews and business magazines like HBR.org, FORBES and Rotman Management, and a speaker on strategy, leadership and innovation management. Elisa is a member of the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2023.
