Jane is the first female CEO at BOSS in the company’s 29-year history. BOSS is one of the leading distributors of Stationery, Office Furniture & Thermal Rolls in T&T with distribution channels across the Caribbean.
She hopes that her journey from HR to CEO can inspire anyone who desires more from their life & their career.
Previous corporate positions over the past 10+ years have given her significant experience in Strategic Planning, Leadership & Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Sales Strategy & Customer Experience.
She holds a Masters of HRM from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business & a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. Jane is a member of the Employment & Labour Relations Committee at the T&T Chamber of Industry & Commerce & former board member of HRMATT.
