I am a 2006 MBA graduate of the University of Leicester, a Certified Hospitality Trainer, Chartered MCIPD and also an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. I have 32 years of professional experience and have been employed in various industries with a variety of duties and responsibilities.
In 2008, I won an award from the Associate of Business Executive (ABE) for tutoring the prize winner in Introduction to Business. Human Resources, Educating, and training is my passion, hence the reason for my decision to specialize in these areas.
I have over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, with my former position being HR Director. My position was made redundant due to Covid-19.
Thereafter, I decided to offer my professional services as an HR consultant, specializing in helping businesses develop and implement proper HR policies and procedures.
I also developed a modern but affordable HR software called the HRHelper (www.hrhelperapp.com), designed to embrace the new post-covid-19 HR operation and developed specifically for the Caribbean business. This software has features to facilitate all HR functions from recruitment to termination, it’s own clocking in and out app and a dashboard for employees. It really helps any business successfully move employees’ information from spreadsheets to an easy to use HR software.
