I have a passion for developing and growing new and existing businesses/projects, in an advisory capacity and as an investor/entrepreneur.
Prior to my current role leading Cabot St. Lucia, I’ve held Chief Executive Officer roles in the Caribbean, most recently at Sunshine Snacks Ltd., a leading snack manufacturer, and Canboulay Energy Capital, a private equity energy fund. Before returning to Trinidad & Tobago in 2000, I spent several years at the Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, New York, Buenos Aires and Australia in the areas of strategy, organizational development, acquisitions and process reengineering. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
