She is also recognized as an inclusive, results-oriented leader with strong expertise in banking and banking regulations; strategy; financial inclusion; payments; and commercial due diligence and transaction structuring. Mariame has worked at Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs, as well as largest private equity fund manager in the Caribbean with $425M in AUM across two successor Funds. She is currently the President & CEO of a bank in Jamaica, a role she has held for over 5 years, and successfully led the Bank’s transformation during the first three years of her tenure. She is committed to the Bank’s financial inclusion strategy and is pursuing digital transformation and payments strategy for this next growth phase of the Bank.
