Natalia Weisz is an esteemed academic and business consultant specializing in Adaptive Leadership and Strategic Planning. She is a co-author of the book “Strategy as Leadership: Facing Adaptive Challenges in Organizations,” published by Stanford University Press in 2022. Natalia holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior, both earned from Purdue University. She later specialized in adaptive leadership at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where she also served as invited faculty for the Executive Program of Adaptive Leadership Development.
