Since 2016 she has served as the CEO and Executive Director of The Bahamas Financial Services Board, distinguishing herself as a professional with expertise in the law, AML, regulatory and gaming compliance, banking and international financial services. Tanya collaborates with policy makers with respect to global regulatory initiatives impacting the Bahamas’ financial services sector, leading industry’s response to ensure the sustainability of this key pillar of The Bahamian economy.
